New Year’s is a time of celebration for everyone, irrespective of gender, class, or race. Throughout the world, there are many festivals that are held during Happy New Year’s.
Chinese New Year
The Chinese New Year takes place on the first lunar month’s first new moon. This should be anywhere between 21th of January and 20th of February. There is a total of 60 combinations for Chinese New Year’s, which reset every 60 years. The 2020 Chinese New Year will be the year of the rat.
The entirely of the Chinese New Year is a national holiday for China all country round.

Korean New Year
The Korean New Year also follows the lunar calender, and usually falls between January and March. The reason for celebrations on the New Year for Koreans is to ward off bad spirits for the upcoming year.
The Korean New Year is celebrated by both North and South Korea, though it might be difficult to get into either of the countries if you are living in the United States.
Iranian New Year
The Iranian New Year, also known as Nowruz, is celebrated on March 20/21, depending on the year. It marks the start of Spring, which is the first season in the Northward equinox dependant Iran. Apparently, many other countries take part in this new year festival, for example Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and many residents from Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China.
The Iranian New Year is a very auspicious activity, and people do enjoy the activity. It is expected that the festival will still take place in 2020. The new crops and beautiful streets on the day will definitely be a sight to see.
Rosh Hashanah
You can ask any Jew about the Rosh Hashanah. It is meant to celebrate the culmination of the seven days of Creation, and is therefore, quite an important ritual for the Jews. During the Rosh Hashanah, apples are dipped in honey, so that they can symbolize a better and stronger new year. It technically is also a way to please God.
Gujrati New Year
The Gujrati New Year is a very popular festival in the culture-rich country of India, and most people celebrate this festival because of the start of Spring. It is celebrated in the final months of the year, though the exact date is always changed each year-round. Gujrati New Year starts after Diwali event ends, so it should be in October or November.
