Tennessee Wholesale Nursery is being reviewed as the worst on-line nursery by many of the customers who bought plants and trees from them. According to the customers the business is nothing but a fraud and keeps changing the business name to fool people.
Many reviewers wrote on various platforms that they ordered a bunch of plants which were dead on arrival. One such reviewer wrote, “Literally every single plant I purchased from them arrived DEAD, with almost no roots on them”. People are slamming the online nursery left, right and centre on various forums.
Phone calls to the nursery go unanswered always. They keep mailing the customers to keep patience as trees take time to grow but there are various customers who have waited year long to get a single leaf on their bought plants. Most of them are posting angry reviews and asking others to stop buying from the scammers.
A lot of running around is required to get the dead plants or faulty order to be replaced by them. But the customers wrote even the replacement has been of no use as what the company sent was the wrong tree which was dead too. They haven’t refunded money to any customer even after several mails. They bluntly refused to refund any money to customers.
A customer wrote on the forum, “They insisted that the plants were fine and would all live. I have been gardening for close to 50 years, and I know a dead plant when I see one.” All the information online is a false one and the nursery does not live up to their word. They have changed their names at least 5 times to fool new customers.
Tennessee Wholesale Nursery is definitely not the nursery you should be buying your plants and trees from. If reviewers are to be believed, you need to – run as far from them as possible.
