Haridas Wows the World
The world first encountered Haridas’ prowess in digital media in 2012 when she founded the magazine ‘That’s So Gloss’, a publication that was designed to cater to the young female population of India. This was a demography that was, at the time, underserved by the existing publications. Haridas made history with that publication as it was the first of its kind in India. Global attention turned her way when the publication emerged as top contender in a global business plan competition sponsored by Emerson Electric Company. The publication later gained further recognition as Toronto’s Ryerson University decided to incubate it in its Digital Media Zone, a leading global start-up accelerator.
