Realme C65 Expected to Launch as Android Smartphone with Dynamic Button

In 2024, Realme introduced an Apple-esque “Dynamic Button” experience to Android; it is now anticipated that this feature will find its way into its more reasonably priced C series of smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy S22 series’ rear camera hump will not be present on the C65 when it launches, though it will look more “radiant” and lack 5G.

When it launches in Vietnam soon, Realme’s upcoming C65 will be the company’s next Dynamic Button smartphone. Though it seems unnecessary in an OS like Android, the feature is a somewhat obvious clone of the Action Button, providing one-press access to settings or functions like cameras, notifications, or fitness tracking, much like iOS 17.

On that note, the C65 is tipped to launch with up-to-date Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14 despite its probable price-point – for context, the C55 started at INR 13,999 (~$168) on Amazon.in. Ironically, however, it looks like its successor might not get a Dynamic Island Mini Capsule display to go with its newer iPhone-mimicking feature.

The C65 (or Realme RMX3910), however, will ship with the same 5,000mAh/33W SuperVOOC battery as the C53, according to the FCC. It will, however, ship with a chassis that is painted in black, “radiant” purple, or shimmering dark gold. The raised camera hump appears to have been taken straight from the Samsung Galaxy S22.

Just two of its three lens cutouts are reportedly home to active camera sensors, in contrast to that of the previous flagship. When the Realme C65 launches on April 4, 2024, it is also predicted to support Bluetooth and NFC but not 5G.
