What does your company do?
My mission is to help clients take their business to the next level and help them build scalable, financially strong, and purpose-aligned businesses. Our team uses the Profit First system developed by Michael Michalowicz. It’s the envelope system for your business. You put your money in buckets and give each dollar a job. It sounds simple, but the results are astounding.
If you could start over, what would you do differently?
On the mundane side, I would start my business using Profit First, like I do with my clients. After seeing how well it works firsthand, I really wish I would’ve started with it sooner. My business would have grown much quicker had I done that from the start. Personally I would’ve led with who I am from the beginning. I acted like the type of accountant I thought I had to be and left all the richness of my personality at home behind closed doors. If I had just added the real me into my business, I would’ve already achieved my goals.
