Deepika Padukone’s first appearance was announced on Monday, a day before the first look at Project K was revealed at the Sen Diego Comic Con in the US on July 20.
The makers of the epic science fiction movie Project K, which also stars Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani, have debuted Deepika Padukone’s first look.
While she had previously worked with Amitabh Bachchan on the films Aarakshan and Piku, this is Deepika’s first project with Prabhas, Nag Ashwin, and Kamal Haasan.
In a statement regarding the occasion, Nag Ashwin said: “India is the birthplace of some of the greatest legends and superheroes ever created. We believe that our movie is an effort to reveal and communicate this to the public. And Comic-Con provides us with the ideal platform to share our tale with a global audience.
On January 12, 2024, Project K is scheduled for release in the following languages: Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and English.
