Overcoming 1 billion yuan in just one second, the Nubia Z60 Ultra has an outstanding first sale

The Z60 Ultra was introduced by Nubia in China on December 19. Today was the first official sale for the brand after a pre-order period. The Z60 Ultra was an overwhelming success, with sales hitting over one billion yuan in revenue in less than a second through all available channels.

In China, there are several different versions of the Nubia Z60 Ultra available: 12 GB + 256 GB for 4,299 Yuan (~$601), 16 GB RAM + 512 GB for 4,699 Yuan (~$658), 16 GB + 1 TB for 5,299 Yuan (~$740), and 24 GB + 1 TB for 5,999 Yuan (~$839). During the initial sale, the base model is offered at a discounted price of 3,999 Yuan (~$559). Furthermore, for 4,999 Yuan (~$699), the brand is selling the device’s Starry Night (blue) edition, which has a 16 GB + 512 GB configuration. There are two color options for the phone: silver and black.

Specifications of the Nubia Z60 Ultra

The 6.8-inch OLED display on the Nubia Z60 Ultra features a refresh rate of 120Hz and 1.5K resolution. The device has a fingerprint sensor and a 12-megapixel front-facing camera beneath the display. Android 14—which is based on My OS 14—comes preinstalled.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, LPDDR5x RAM, and UFS 4.0 storage are found within the Z60 Ultra’s hardware. Its large 6,000mAh battery allows for 80W rapid charging. The device does not support wireless charging.

The 50-megapixel Sony IMX800 primary camera with OIS support is the centerpiece of the Nubia Z60 Ultra’s rear camera configuration. It is supplemented by a 64-megapixel OV64B periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS support, as well as a 50-megapixel OmniVision OV50E ultra-wide lens.
