OnePlus has officially announced that the Ace 3V smartphone will launch in China on March 21st, following teasers. Utilizing the same architecture as the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC powering this phone will be among the first.
The dual rear cameras, ring LED flash, and left-side alert slider are visible in the images. According to the company, it will be available in Titanium Air Gray, the same color as the flagship, which has a high-end liquid metal texture. Magic Purple Silver, a first for the industry, blends the smoothness of glass with a high-end frosted metal texture.
In order to save costs, the phone is rumored to have a plastic frame rather than a metal one like the Ace 3 (12R), but the picture indicates that the IR blaster on top will still be present. It is also reported to have a 5500mAh battery, similar to the Ace 3 (12R), that supports 100W rapid charging.
