The Motorola G04 has made its official debut in India, and as we mentioned in our pre-launch report, it is, at least based on its impressive specs sheet, a smartphone that can rival the Redmi A3. The Moto G04, which Motorola claims is the most affordable phone with Android 14, has far superior software in addition to generally having better hardware. It also comes pre-installed with the most recent version of Android 14. With all of this, the Moto G04 is still more affordable than the Redmi, making it among the greatest entry-level smartphones available right now.
Moto G04 launch: specifications and design
The Moto G04 is available in four colors: Sunrise Orange, Concord Black, Sea Green, and Satin Blue. Its body is composed of PMMA, or acrylic glass. The phone is water resistant up to IP52 and features a fingerprint scanner on the side for biometric authentication. There is a 6.56-inch 720p IPS LCD display with a hole punch cut-out and a refresh rate of 90Hz when you turn the display over to face front.
The Unisoc T606 processor and a 5,000mAh battery with 15W USB Type-C charging power the Moto G04 (although Motorola includes a 10W charger in the box). The available configurations are as follows: EightGB/128GB and 4GB/64GB. The Moto G04 sports a single 16-megapixel rear camera as well as a 5-megapixel front camera for photography.
