Anyone who has worked remotely while traveling the world knows how important good wifi, strong coffee, and a conducive work environment are for a focused work session. These digital nomads also know how special it is to be able to connect and collaborate with like-minded individuals with similar goals and aspirations. Working online is incredible and has its perks, but it also brings to attention how important authentic offline interactions can be.
As a leader in the online business space, Lewis Raymond Taylor, founder and CEO of The Coaching Masters, recognized this online to offline gap and decided to do something profound. In February 2021, Lewis and his business partners opened Cafe Coach in Bali, Indonesia with a mission to bring together coaches, yogis, therapists, and healers from all over the world to work, learn, and connect.
Bali’s first offline hub for coaches, yogis, therapists, and healers
The decision to create Cafe Coach in Bali was easy for Lewis, as it is the place he calls home and just so happens to be a world renowned hot spot for digital-nomads. Despite there already being many cafes and co-working spaces in Bali, there is no question that Cafe Coach is already the most popular spot to work. This is because Bali is filled to the brim with coaches, yogis, therapists, and healers who, before now, did not have a central location to connect and collaborate over breakfast, lunch, or an exceptional cup of coffee.
Understanding the needs of online coaches
Lewis’ experience with online coaches comes from founding and running the world’s fastest growing online coaching platform, The Coaching Masters, a multiple seven-figure coaching business, with a global community covering 47 countries. After building his own 6-figure online business in just 8 month from scratch and helping hundreds of people to quit their jobs and make full-time income remotely, Lewis decided that everyone in the world should have the opportunity to work online and build their own freedom based business.
The Coaching Masters is an online training platform that qualifies coaches and teaches them the tools and strategies build a thriving business in order to reach those who could be supported by coaching. Known as ‘The Netflix of Coaching’, their membership provides hundreds of hours of training to cover everything someone could want and need to become a coach and build their online business. The Coaching Masters’ membership is filled with thousands of ordinary people who are learning extraordinary tools to create freedom for themselves and others through coaching.
An offline extension of an already thriving online community
The idea for Cafe Coach came as a way of adding an offline extension to the Coaching Masters’ already thriving online community. Cafe Coach provides an offline hub for The Coaching Masters’ community as well as a place for other coaches to work, learn, and connect. This beautiful cafe doesn’t only provide food and beverages to its guests, but is also home to a full training facility on the second level which will be used to provide weekly workshops for experts in the coaching industry.
With an ultimate vision to pop up multiple locations across the world in digital-nomad hotspots, Lewis and The Coaching Masters are working towards ensuring that their past, current, and future members are able to stay connected and supported from all corners of the globe.
