Rawalty is one artist who is grabbing the attention of the dancehall world. The superstar has successfully penetrated the dancehall music industry through his unique style of music that impacts people’s daily lives in society. According to Rawalty, his journey into dancehall music has been nothing short of amazing. He sees it as an opportunity to express things from a personal perspective over the song.
“The journey into Dancehall has been a blessed one. I was able to reinvent my image and create music that impacts the way I see things around me. Also, I get to shed light on the day-to-day struggles of the people in general,” Rawalty says.
SCALING OBSTACLES
The music sensation did not achieve musical success on a platter of gold. Making music came with a lot of dedication and sacrifices. At the beginning of his music journey, Rawalty struggled to find the resources needed to push his songs. He lacked producers to work on his songs, an excellent studio to make quality songs, and time was not his friend.
“I faced a lot of obstacles at the start of my career. I did not have any producers or studios. I also lacked time to focus on music because there was something always popping up to stop me from giving music my full attention,” He says.
For Rawalty, all these challenges are in the past now. He decided that these obstacles were not going to limit him from creating good music. When asked about how he scaled through, he said:
“One day, I just decided to take my dreams more seriously. If I didn’t have time to create music, I would make the extra time needed. The more I pushed, the more the pieces came together. Ever since, Rawalty has been dropping the songs that people love and vibe to.
ACHIEVING SUCCESS
Rawalty possesses certain criteria that distinguish him from most dancehall artists. The music star does not solely depend on his talents. He has been able to achieve success because of his passion and dedication to his craft. This also comes with the constant support he gets from his family, friends, and team.
“Music demands a lot of your time, and if you are not willing to put in the time, you should not even attempt to do it. Also, it takes a team of the right people who understand you and your needs as an artist,” He says.
Rawalty further says:
“Besides my talent, I have a natural ear for great music. My mind runs differently when it comes to making music. I like to explore new sounds and concepts.”
