The Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro smartphones, which offer competitive specifications at attractive price points, were already released by Vivo. The Vivo X100 Pro+ is expected to launch in the first half of 2024, and the company is currently getting ready for that launch. According to some reports, the Vivo X100 Pro+ may launch as the Vivo X100 Ultra, much like the Find X7 Pro, which will go on sale as the Find X7 Ultra.
According to a recent leak from Digital Chat Station, there is a 200 MP periscope telephoto lens with a 1/1.5′′ size. With a resolution comparable to a 10 MP periscope, it provides 4.3x optical zoom, which can be extended to 10x optical zoom. When combined, they provide a maximum digital zoom of 200x. The device’s photographic capabilities will be further enhanced by the new periscope in addition to the large aperture 50MP Sony LYT-900 primary camera. A 50MP Sony IMX589 rear ultra-wide lens and a 50MP IMX758 portrait lens, however, might be included.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra and the upcoming Oppo Find X7 series may use the same primary camera.
In addition, a 2K resolution Samsung E7 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate is anticipated to be included in the Vivo X100 Pro+’s initial release. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and support for two-way satellite communication will be included in the smartphone. A 5400 mAh bundle battery with support for 50W wireless charging and 100W rapid wired charging will be included with the smartphone. It will be powered by Android 14-based Origin OS 4.
