A 5G-capable version of POCO’s Pad, which made its formal debut in India last month, is about to be released.
Up until now, the brand’s first tablet, the POCO Pad, has only supported Wi-Fi.
However, a 5G model may soon be available in India, according to a recent certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
A rebranded Redmi Pad Pro 5G?
The POCO Pad’s forthcoming 5G model is designated with the model number 24074PCD2I.
It is expected that the new POCO Pad 5G will be a rebranded Redmi Pad Pro 5G, since the first POCO Pad was just a Redmi Pad Pro with a different name.
Based on the brand’s prior product strategy, this conjecture is made.
Expected specifications of POCO Pad 5G
The 12.1-inch 2K 120Hz LCD display on the Redmi Pad Pro 5G, which debuted in May, has a maximum brightness of 600 nits.
It is equipped with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, with choices for 128GB or 256GB of storage and either 6GB or 8GB of RAM.
Along with these features, the gadget has an 8MP rear camera, a front camera that is identical, and a strong 10,000mAh battery that supports 33W rapid charging.
