How do manners give children more opportunities in life?
Children who are taught etiquette and good manners grow up respecting others, knowing how to function in a variety of social situations, and feel comfortable engaging with both their peers and adults. These are skills that will benefit them for their entire lives. If children don’t receive this foundational knowledge, they might struggle in social situations and have less confidence, which makes it harder to build these skills later on. The sooner you can start teaching a child proper etiquette, the better.
What makes you stand out from others in your field?
Cutlery has seen very little innovation over the past few centuries. Most utensils work against the correct hand positions, meaning people struggle to maintain proper etiquette when using them. But my unique cutlery is specifically designed to support proper hand positions. There are no competitors in this field. It’s a completely new approach to cutlery
that no one else has explored.
What accomplishments are you most proud of?
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the impact of my work on children. When a child learns etiquette and social skills, you can see them instantly become more confident and at ease with others. I’m proud to have found work that allows me to help others in such a simple, yet profound way.
