Curtis Weeks is a rising mental performance coach in Upper Hutt New Zealand. He was born and brought up in Auckland. He is also the author of a book in which he has described his childhood and the situation in those days. According to him, he has faced many challenges and hardships in his childhood and those bad times has taught him the real lesson of life. The struggle of his early life has made him strong and given him the courage to face any type of hardship. Apart from making him physically strong, it has also made him mentally strong too.
Curtis Weeks joined the Royal New Zealand Navy in the year 2007 as a chef. It was quite a tough and stressful job for him. But still, he found it satisfying. He has been cooking and helping to rebuild villages of Samoa and Tonga from 2008 to 2010 which were affected by Tsunami. Then later in 2014 helping locals in Indonesia and Malaysia. In the year 2016, he finished his naval chef career and later he joined the New Zealand Defence force as a physical training instructor. Curtis Weeks was in charge of the onboard members physical training and many other teams related jobs. Later Curtis became the Army Unarmed Combat Instructor of the New Zealand Defence force.
Curtis Weeks since school time was a good sport personal. He had been actively participating in the first XV rugby team and was also the leader of the Kapa Haka group. All this was when Curtis was in the Northcote College from where he did his studies. Presently Curtis is associated with 5zero coaching, where he is the performance coach helping individuals and teams to achieve their desired outcome and helping them to create themselves to be a better version of themselves. He believes that everyone needs a coach in their life. This would mean that someone is always there to see to you that you are growing towards your desired goal.
Curtis has been coaching many through his specific tools and guidelines, through which you can open unlocked potentials of yourself.
