Now, TrifeDrew is an example of the versatility of hip-hop artists in today’s rap game. The Brooklyn native started in the New York hip-hop scene as a videographer. Eventually linking up with now platinum artist Tekashi 69 back in 2015. He’s helped the “Gummo” rapper take the rap game by storm through his music videos that picked up hundreds of millions of views on YouTube. Together they took over the Brooklyn music scene and eventually the billboard charts.
Now, TrifeDrew is on his own quest to make his mark on the hip-hop industry. He was thrown into the mainstream view by his feature on Tekashi debut Album “DUMMY BOY”. Others who were featured on the album on the album include Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, A boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Tory Lanez, and Bobby Schmurda. Trife recently put out his debut single “Baby Mama” produced by Jahnei Clarke. The young west coast artist has been receiving positive feedback on his latest single is working on dropping more music in the near future.
