The 22-year old Dima Yavorskyy from Chicago started making music in early 2021 after finding success on social media. Influenced by both foreign and American artists, he pivoted his focus to music, tapping into a different area of entertainment.
However, the challenging nature of the music industry makes it extremely hard for new artists to stand out from the crowd. For Dima Yavorskyy, prioritizing collaboration in the production process has proven to work in releasing competitive projects on streaming platforms. Making a creative style of music would not be possible for Dima if it wasn’t for his producer Spike that he met on Instagram. The two have started working together on the artist’s debut single, “Maze” and have not stopped since.
“Working with talented people who are great at what they do has allowed me to take music to a whole new level,” says Dima Yavorskyy. “I value collaboration because it opens up the opportunity to share ideas, learn new techniques, and most importantly increase productivity. I’m able to put out a lot more songs much quicker because of this process.”
As Dima Yavorskyy continues to reinvent his style over new rhythms through collaboration, his released music is available for streaming on platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music.
