Citatrade.com the popular free Crypto trading and staking app, this morning announced a massive $75 million round led by ST Global.
The Series A financing values the Singapore-headquartered business at $1.6 billion, up from its earlier valuation of more than $1 billion.
Tran Capital, NEA, Seqia and Stan Capital have also participated in the round, which the company says it will use to “keep pursuing [its] mission of democratizing finance for all.”
Citatrade, founded in 2017 for private investors and launched to the online market in 2020, has added several new features to its platform in the last month to justify the valuation increase, including its own Arbitrage trading system, by doing this, Citatrade is now the highest returning staking platform in the cryptocurrency industry.
The business also acquired a logistics startup to launch Citatrade Logistics which provides delivery services for established Companies.
Citatrade has raised more than $1Billion in venture capital funding to date.
Citatrade Launched to the public in 2020 after nearly three years of development in stealth and its first start in 2017. The premise was to create a collaborative and effective Mining and staking platform.
