The serial entrepreneur with a massive presence in healthcare management and real estate aims to do much more in the coming years. Having the vision to attain certain goals is one thing, but to have the courage, commitment, perseverance, and a strong mental fortitude to face challenges along the path, go against the tides, and still stand strong to move ahead in the journey to attain those visions one day at a time is a different game altogether. All those who belong to the latter category are the ones who believe in the power of a strong “self-belief” and thrive off of their values, principles, and honesty to reach the forefront of their chosen sectors, just like entrepreneur Ayodele Awoleye did, in all these years. The US-based serial entrepreneur discusses his journey and stirs strong emotions with his successes. Speaking on the same, he says he loved advocating for students during his college days and would be part of student association groups so that their concerns could be discussed and relevant solutions be provided. After college, he went into the healthcare sector and worked part-time with people with special needs, and in conjunction with that position, he also worked as a mortgage loan processor. Simultaneously, he worked independently, flipping real estate properties for profit. The combination of his profession and his experience helped him strengthen his leadership skills and abilities and taught him humility and respect beyond the pleasant definitions. This helped him become more invested in the studies of humanities and applied his soft people skills to his business endeavors and became wildly successful. He went ahead in purchasing a mortgage franchise that advanced skills in mortgage development, real estate financing, and credit processing and repair in the late 2000s. This helped him purchase and manage eight rental properties and build a property management holdings company, launching him into the real estate development sector. Ayodele Awoleye could build three properties from foundation to finish. Later, he also partnered with a startup entertainment company and became a sole proprietor of a trucking company and cleaning service business. In 2018, he acquired Maple Care Homes, where he thrived through fresh and creative ideas and some new branding powered by his hard work and compassion for people. In all these years, Ayodele Awoleye (@ayo_awoleye) learned how essential it is to stay grounded, inculcate more compassion and empathy towards people, and stay honest in one’s endeavors and business decisions to consistently move forward. This is precisely what he wants budding entrepreneurs to learn.
