INTERVIEW WITH JOE MEDIA
JOE MEDIA: Apostle JP what was the the purpose of your meeting with Gasper V?
APOSTLE JP M DINAYEN: Gasper V is a very talented artist that Cameroon is yet to discover, he is a great song writer and a very good event planner. The purpose of my meeting was to inspire him and pray with him, because he is the future of Cameroon Music.
JOE MEDIA: Who are the musicians Gasper V has worked with and how do you plan on promoting him ?
APOSTLE JP M DINAYEN: Gasper V has been appearing in many music videos in Cameroon like “Be Proud” and “Yuwun” by Witty Minstrel. He has also come up with tracks featuring some well known artist like; TzyPanchak, Kikoh, Brians Lee, SkiezyAyenkeaand many others.
I believe that as a man of `God all talent should be promoted irrespective of how people view musicians. Music is a gift from God wether gospel, Hip Hop, Rap etc. In the coming weeks I will be meeting up with young Cameroonian musicians to encourage them and to look for ways in which I can assist them to move forward in their music carrier.
I believe that if all Cameroonians can start supporting our local music, the music industry will have a very big boom making it very possible for the young artist like Gasper V artist to rise.
In the nearest future I will be working with production houses in Cameroon and all over Africa to make sure that all talented musicians are given a platform to shine.
