Amazfit updates the T-Rex 3 smartwatch’s firmware to include additional functions

The main feature of Amazfit’s most recent update for the T-Rex 3 smartwatch, which we have previously reviewed, is a unique “Dog Walking” mode. It also includes some helpful enhancements. By allowing users to monitor the time and path of their dog walks, this innovation raises the utility level for animal lovers. It may be found under ‘More Workouts’ under ‘Running and Walking’. Pet owners will undoubtedly like this improvement.

Additionally, the T-Rex 3 can now respond to messages via speech-to-text input and includes a full keyboard with letters, numbers, symbols, and emojis. This feature is now available on Android cellphones via the Zepp Flow app. The improved message response mechanism increases convenience by allowing users to reply promptly without pulling out their phones. Winter and Daylight Saving Time transitioning has been enhanced to give users in regions with seasonal time changes more accurate timekeeping.

The update also includes display enhancements, with an emphasis on enhancing the appearance of small lakes on offline maps. Stability improvements are also included in the package, particularly for the watch’s heart rate monitoring push function, which increases the dependability of working out. The new features and enhancements make the T-Rex 3 a well-rounded choice for consumers and demonstrate Amazfit’s dedication to regularly updating its lineup with new features and software.
