Additionally, Vodacom Mozambique and South Africa both hold the top spot. The award emphasizes Vodacom’s dedication to excellent HR practices, covering important topics like Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, and Wellbeing.
