Honor unveiled the X8b, the newest member of the X-series smartphone lineup, which boasts a 108MP primary camera, ample storage, and good specs for a midranger.
The Honor X8b boasts a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a maximum brightness of 2,000 nits and FHD+ resolution. The Magic Capsule, a pill-shaped cutout that displays system and status alerts, is another addition to the panel. A 50MP front-facing camera with an independent flash is included.
The Honor X8b has a 6.7-inch screen, but it weighs only 166 grams and is only 6.78 mm thick. The Snapdragon 680 chipset from Qualcomm, with 8GB of RAM and storage options of 128/256/512GB, powers the device.
A 2MP macro sensor, a 5MP ultrawide lens, and a 108MP primary camera are located on the back. MagicOS 7.2, which is based on Android 13, handles the software, and the 4,500 mAh battery can handle 35W charging.
The colors Glamorous Green, Titanium Silver, and Midnight Black are available for the Honor X8b. The 8/128GB trim starts at MYR 999 ($213) in Malaysia. Additionally, Saudi Arabia has the device listed for SAR 799 ($213).
