Google is now providing the most recent version of the November 2024 security patch for the Pixel Watch, Pixel Watch 2, and Pixel Watch 3 after removing Wear OS 5 for older devices in September and not releasing anything last month.
All six global models use the build number AW2A.241105.012, which is based on Wear OS 5. In France:
- Orange cellular service is available on all Pixel Watch LTE models: AW2A.241105.013
- Every other Pixel Watch model available in the area: AW2A.241105.012
The security patch level for the Pixel Watch need to be “November 5, 2024.”

Pixel Watch 3: Bug fixes and security upgrades
The Pixel Watches 1 and 2: Along with many bug fixes, performance enhancements, and new features, the software update brings Wear OS 5 up to date. There are also Play Store upgrades for Pixel Recorder and better camera controls.
The download should start if you repeatedly tap the “Your watch is up to date” screen (Settings > System > System updates). Open Connectivity settings, turn off Bluetooth, and force Wi-Fi to expedite the process. You can find the OTA photos here.
