Before her Haldi ceremony with Fahad Ahmad, Swara Bhasker shared a sneak peek of the yellow-themed decorations. Dhol and dance have started the wedding festivities in Delhi.
After registering her marriage last month, Swara Bhasker has begun the wedding festivities. In Delhi, the actor and Samajwadi Party chief Fahad Ahmad are celebrating their marriage. She posted joyful images from her Haldi ceremony on Instagram on Sunday. It appears that they did not just play with haldi (turmeric), but also with colours, as the celebrations started soon after Holi.
Swara had previously shared a photo of the location of the haldi ceremony on her Instagram Stories. The area was decorated with marigold flowers in a yellow colour. Swara used the amusing hashtag “#swaadanusaar” along with the description, “And so it begins..(yellow heart and flower emoticons), Love the décor @foreignweddingplanners.in”.
Last month, Swara Bhasker disclosed that she had legally wed politician Fahad Ahmad. Swara shared the news on social media and included Ahmad, the state head of the Samajwadi Party’s youth wing, Samajwadi Yuvjan Sabha, in the post. “There are times when you look very far and wide for something that was right there all along. Although we were looking for love, we first discovered friendship. Then, we came across one another! I’m glad you’re here, @FahadZirarAhmad. It’s chaotic but it’s yours!” she captioned a video featuring her husband. Swara met Fahad during a protest.
Swara’s upcoming film appearance will be in Mrs. Falani. She last appeared with Meher Vij, Pooja Chopra, and Shikha Talsania in the movie Jahaan Chaar Yaar.
